Author Pretty little town BUT today just about everything was shut!
Tried hitch hiking back to Hintertux…. No joy….. Anyone had success hitching in this neck of the woods?

Great spring snow!
Sun, snow, good company – working hard at developing new skills and techniques!!! A hard day in the office.

Working Hard
Today’s challenges have been no less than before. A different set of skis made the first few runs a little wobbly to say the least BUT the other guys on the course feel they are better for improving my technique….. Perhaps not as good asy twin tips for in the snow park BUT you can’t win em all. Here’s to continued development over the coming week.
Remember nobody notices that you ski on alpine gear!!!

Do you ever have days where your body struggles to do what it is told? The course is great fun but remains challenging – which is good – that which don’t break you makes you stronger!!! Here’s hoping – 7 more days to go.

Another great day in Hintertux
Legs feeling stronger today although I wouldn’t class myself as match fit. Looking forward to the continuing sessions / input / coaching over the next 8 days.
Video feedback has been constructive and identified a few areas of my own skiing that i can develop – which in turn will enable to instruct and guide my own clients through their own telemark skiing develpment.
Will try to post some photos tomorrow.

Hintertux – BASI telemark skiing level 2 course
What a fantastic resort, loving the views , great skiing conditions, tired as not been in resort for some time. Met some new faces and some old ones – a great place to network. Would love to hear how the rest of the world is coping with the volcano situation – it fairly messed up my own travel plans, but then it is great for reducing our carbon footprint as the human race. Happy skiing!!!!

Sunny side up!
I can’t believe I am out in the gorgeous sunshine…… And still have a 2week skiing trip to take before the season is out….. Work of course!!!!
